The Garga-samhita Verse 6.2.20, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 2 (Residence in Shri Dvaraka) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

मुचुकुन्दः समुत्थाय
शनैर् उन्मिल्य सो ऽक्षिनी
आशाः प्रपश्यंस् तं पार्श्वे
स्थितं कालं ददर्श ह

mucukundaḥ samutthāya
śanair unmilya so 'kṣinī
āśāḥ prapaśyaṃs taṃ pārśve
sthitaṃ kālaṃ dadarśa ha

mucukundaḥMucukunda; samutthāya—waking up; śanaiḥslowly; unmilyaopening; saḥ—he; akṣinī—eyes; āśāḥ—in all directions; prapaśyan—looking; tam—him; pārśve—at the side; sthitam—standing; kālamKalayavana; dadarśa—saw; ha—indeed.

English translation of verse 6.2.20:

Slowly opening his eyes, Mucukunda became awake. Looking in all directions, he finally saw Kālayavana standing at his side.
