The Garga-samhita Verse 5.20.2, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 20 (The Liberation of Ribhu Muni During the Rasa-dance Festival) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

गोपी-मनोरथं कृत्वा
मथुराम् आजगाम ह
एतन् मे ब्रूहि विप्रेन्द्र
त्वं परावर-वित्तमः

gopī-manorathaṃ kṛtvā
mathurām ājagāma ha
etan me brūhi viprendra
tvaṃ parāvara-vittamaḥ

gopīof the gopīs; manoratham—the desire; kṛtvā—fulfilling; mathurām—to Mathurā; ājagāma—retyurned; ha—indeed; etan—that; me—to me; brūhi—please tell; viprendraO king of the brāhmaṇas; tvam—you; parāvara-vittamaḥ—the best of the all-knowing.

English translation of verse 5.20.2:

The Lord fulfilled the gopīs' desires and then returned to Mathurā. You are the best of the wise. O king of the brāhmaṇas, please tell me this.
