तत्र रासं समारेभे
रासेश्वर्या समन्वितः
गीयमानश् च गोपीभिर्
अप्सरोभिर् स्व-राड् इव
tatra rāsaṃ samārebhe
rāseśvaryā samanvitaḥ
gīyamānaś ca gopībhir
apsarobhir sva-rāḍ iva
tatra—there; rāsam—a rasa dance; samārebhe—began; rāseśvaryā—with the queen of the rasa dance; samanvitaḥ—with; gīyamānaḥ—singing; ca—and; gopībhiḥ—with the gopī; apsarobhiḥ—with the apsarās; sva-rāḍ—the king of heaven; iva—like.
English translation of verse 2.23.5:
Singing, the Lord started a rāsa dance with Rādhā, the queen of the rāsa dance, and with the many gopīs. He danced as Indra, the king of Svargaloka, dances with the apsarās.
