The Garga-samhita Verse 1.6.55, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 1 of Chapter 6 (Description of Kamsa’s Strength) of Canto 1 (goloka-khanda).

कंसस् तं नोदयाम् आस
धेनुकं शत-योजनम्
निपत्य चूर्णयाम् आस
तद्-अङ्ग-मुष्टिभिर् दृढैः

kaṃsas taṃ nodayām āsa
dhenukaṃ śata-yojanam
nipatya cūrṇayām āsa
tad-aṅga-muṣṭibhir dṛḍhaiḥ

kaṃsaḥKaṃsa; tam—him; nodayām āsa—threw; dhenukamDhenuka; śata-yojanam—eight hundred miles; nipatya—falling; cūrṇayām āsa—crushed; tad-aṅga-muṣṭibhiḥ—with punches; dṛḍhaiḥ—hard.

English translation of verse 1.6.55:

Kaṃsa threw Dhenuka eight hundred miles, jumped on him, and crushed him with many hard punches.
