The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.1.110, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 110 of Antya-khanda chapter 1—“Meeting Again at the House of Shri Advaita Acarya”.

মত্ত-সিংহ-প্রায চলিলেন গৌর-সিংহ পাছে ধাইলেন সব চরণের ভৃঙ্গ ॥ ১১০ ॥
मत्त-सिंह-प्राय चलिलेन गौर-सिंह पाछे धाइलेन सब चरणेर भृङ्ग ॥ ११० ॥
matta-siṃha-prāya calilena gaura-siṃha pāche dhāilena saba caraṇera bhṛṅga || 110 ||
matta-simha-praya calilena gaura-simha pache dhailena saba caranera bhrnga (110)
English translation:
(110) The lionlike Gaurāṅga walked like a maddened lion, and the beelike servants of His lotus feet followed behind.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
Another reading for matta-siṃha (“maddened lion”) is matta-gaja
(“maddened elephant”).
