The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.1.172, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 172 of Adi-khanda chapter 1—“Summary of Lord Gaura’s Pastimes”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.1.172:

প্রভু চিনি’ দুই ভাইর বন্ধ-বিমোচন শেষে নাম থুইলেন ‘রূপ’-’সনাতন’ ॥ ১৭২ ॥

प्रभु चिनि’ दुइ भाइर बन्ध-विमोचन शेषे नाम थुइलेन ‘रूप’-’सनातन’ ॥ १७२ ॥

prabhu cini’ dui bhāira bandha-vimocana śeṣe nāma thuilena ‘rūpa’-’sanātana’ || 172 ||

prabhu cini’ dui bhaira bandha-vimocana sese nama thuilena ‘rupa’-’sanatana’ (172)

English translation:

(172) The two brothers achieve liberation by recognizing the Lord, and they become known as Rūpa and Sanātana.
