The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.1.173, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 173 of Adi-khanda chapter 1—“Summary of Lord Gaura’s Pastimes”.

শেষ-খণ্ডে, গৌরচন্দ্র গেলা বারাণসী না পাইল দেখা যত নিন্দক সন্ন্যাসী ॥ ১৭৩ ॥
शेष-खण्डे, गौरचन्द्र गेला वाराणसी ना पाइल देखा यत निन्दक सन्न्यासी ॥ १७३ ॥
śeṣa-khaṇḍe, gauracandra gelā vārāṇasī nā pāila dekhā yata nindaka sannyāsī || 173 ||
sesa-khande, gauracandra gela varanasi na paila dekha yata nindaka sannyasi (173)
English translation:
(173) In the Antya-khaṇḍa the Lord goes to Vārāṇasī, where the blasphemous sannyāsīs cannot recognize Him.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The ancient city of Vārāṇasī is inhabited by highly learned scholars and situated on the banks of the Ganges. It is also inhabited by many Māyāvādī sannyāsīs of the monist school who criticize the devotees and devotional service. Because they criticize the devotees and devotional service, these Māyāvādī sannyāsīs are known as nindaka, or blasphemous, sannyāsīs.
