Sāṃdhyamegha (सांध्यमेघ) or Sāṃdhyameghaugha refers to the “evening clouds”, according to the Yogavasistha 7.134.—“[...] as the goddess was absorbing the dead blood, by her inhalation of it, the red fluid rushed into her wide open month, like the entrance of the evening clouds (sāṃdhyamegha-ogha), into the cavity of the western mountain”.
