Source: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): A Critical Edition and Annotated Translation by Jason BirchKoṣṭhadoṣa (कोष्ठदोष) refers to “diseases of the abdomen”, according to the Gheraṇḍasaṃhitā (verse 1.49ab).—Accordingly, “Thus, through the practice [of Aśvinī Mudrā], diseases of the abdomen (koṣṭhadoṣa) do not occur”.
