(-laḥ) A plant with a fragrant and tuberous root, one of the Scitaminea, (Alpinia galanga:) see kulañjana. f. (-lā or -lī) 1. A species of Cucumber, (C. reclinata, Rox.) 2. The olibanum tree. E. gandha smell and mūla a root, fem. affix ṭāp or ṅīṣ also with kan affix gandhamūlaka.
