Āyurvedopadeśa (आयुर्वेदोपदेश) refers to “precepts of medical science” and is mentioned in verse 1.2 of the Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (Sūtrasthāna) by Vāgbhaṭa.—Āyurvedopadeśa has been paraphrased as thse-yi rig-byed luṅ bśad-pa “what is set forth (in) the precepts (of) medical science”.
