Atisṛj (अतिसृज्).—6 P.

1) To give, present, bestow, grant; अतिसृष्टो राज्यार्धविभागः (atisṛṣṭo rājyārdhavibhāgaḥ) Mu.2; पुरा नारायणेनेयमतिसृष्टा मरुत्वते (purā nārāyaṇeneyamatisṛṣṭā marutvate) V.1.17; राघवाय तनयां (rāghavāya tanayāṃ)...अतिसृष्टवान् (atisṛṣṭavān) R.11.48; अनसूयाति- सृष्टेन (anasūyāti- sṛṣṭena) 12.27.

2) To dismiss, abandon, part with.
