The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कच्चित्कलमकेदारकोणस्थानेषु दृष्यतीः ।
प्रतिग्रामं कुमार्यस्ते गायन्त्यानन्दनं यशः ॥ ३६ ॥

kaccitkalamakedārakoṇasthāneṣu dṛṣyatīḥ |
pratigrāmaṃ kumāryaste gāyantyānandanaṃ yaśaḥ || 36 ||

Do the young minds and virgins of your villages, street and walk about pleasantly over the plains and fields here abouts; and do they loudly laud forth your heart cheering applause (or their merry songs)?
