इत्थं निशम्य भक्तस्य
वचनं भक्त-वत्सलः
स्मृत्वा वाक्यं स्व-कथितं
गन्तुं चक्रे ऽच्युतो मतिम्
itthaṃ niśamya bhaktasya
vacanaṃ bhakta-vatsalaḥ
smṛtvā vākyaṃ sva-kathitaṃ
gantuṃ cakre 'cyuto matim
ittham—thus; niśamya—hearing; bhaktasya—of His devotee; vacanam—the words; bhakta-vatsalaḥ—kind to the devotees; smṛtvā—remembering; vākyam—words; sva-kathitam—spoken by Himself; gantum—to go; cakre—did; acyutaḥ—the infallible Lord; matim—His mind.
English translation of verse 5.19.1:
Listening to the words of His devotee, and remembering His own promise, Lord Kṛṣṇa, the infallible Supreme Personality of Godhead, who loves His devotees, made up His mind to go to Vraja.
