यशोदया च रोहिण्या
लालितौ पोषितौ शिशू
कदा विनिर्गताव् अङ्कात्
क्वचिद् अङ्कं समास्थितौ
yaśodayā ca rohiṇyā
lālitau poṣitau śiśū
kadā vinirgatāv aṅkāt
kvacid aṅkaṃ samāsthitau
yaśodayā—by Yaśodā; ca—and; rohiṇyā—Rohiṇī; lālitau—caressed; poṣitau—nourished; iśū—the two boys; kadā—when?; vinirgatau—gone; aṅkāt—from the lap; kvacit—where?; aṅkam—a lap; samāsthitau—staying.
