The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.4.521, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 521 of Antya-khanda chapter 4—“Descriptions of Shri Acyutananda’s Pastimes and the Worship of Shri Madhavendra”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.4.521:

এ-সব কথার অনুক্রম নাহি জানি যে-তে-মতে চৈতন্যের যশ সে বাখানি ॥ ৫২১ ॥

ए-सब कथार अनुक्रम नाहि जानि ये-ते-मते चैतन्येर यश से वाखानि ॥ ५२१ ॥

e-saba kathāra anukrama nāhi jāni ye-te-mate caitanyera yaśa se vākhāni || 521 ||

e-saba kathara anukrama nahi jani ye-te-mate caitanyera yasa se vakhani (521)

English translation:

(521) I do not know the proper sequence of Lord Caitanya’s pastimes, yet I am somehow or other trying to glorify Him.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The author does not have the ability to describe Śrī Gaurasundara’s pastimes in chronological order. He did not describe the exact day and month of Mādhavendra Purī’s appearance day. He simply chanted and explained Śrī Caitanya’s glories under the influence of his heart’s emotions.
