The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.28.169, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 169 of Madhya-khanda chapter 28—“The Lord’s Pastime of Accepting Sannyasa”.

তবে নাম থুইবারে কেশব ভারতী মনে মনে চিন্তিতে লাগিলা মহামতি ॥ ১৬৯ ॥

तबे नाम थुइबारे केशव भारती मने मने चिन्तिते लागिला महामति ॥ १६९ ॥

tabe nāma thuibāre keśava bhāratī mane mane cintite lāgilā mahāmati || 169 ||

tabe nama thuibare kesava bharati mane mane cintite lagila mahamati (169)

English translation:

(169) The magnanimous Keśava Bhāratī then began to think of a name to give the Lord.
