The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.19.36, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 36 of Madhya-khanda chapter 19—“The Lord’s Pastimes in Advaita’s House”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.19.36:

কোন দেব বলে,—“হেন বুঝি নারাযণ ভাগ্যে বা চন্দ্রের বিধি করিল যোজন” ॥ ৩৬ ॥

कोन देव बले,—“हेन बुझि नारायण भाग्ये वा चन्द्रेर विधि करिल योजन” ॥ ३६ ॥

kona deva bale,—“hena bujhi nārāyaṇa bhāgye vā candrera vidhi karila yojana” || 36 ||

kona deva bale,—“hena bujhi narayana bhagye va candrera vidhi karila yojana” (36)

English translation:

(36) Another demigod said, “I think that out of our good fortune Lord Nārāyaṇa has provided us with two moons.”

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

One of the demigods said, “Perhaps because of our good fortune the creator has made these two moons appear simultaneously.”
