The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.18.22, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 22 of Madhya-khanda chapter 18—“Mahaprabhu’s Dancing as a Gopi”.

সর্বাদ্যে ভূমিতে অঙ্ক দিলেন আচার্য “আজি নৃত্য দরশনে মোর নাহি কার্য আমি সে অজিতেন্দ্রিয না যাইব তথা” শ্রীবাস পণ্ডিত কহে,—“মোর ওই কথা” ॥ ২২-০২৩ ॥
सर्वाद्ये भूमिते अङ्क दिलेन आचार्य “आजि नृत्य दरशने मोर नाहि कार्य आमि से अजितेन्द्रिय ना याइब तथा” श्रीवास पण्डित कहे,—“मोर ओइ कथा” ॥ २२-०२३ ॥
sarvādye bhūmite aṅka dilena ācārya “āji nṛtya daraśane mora nāhi kārya āmi se ajitendriya nā yāiba tathā” śrīvāsa paṇḍita kahe,—“mora oi kathā” || 22-023 ||
sarvadye bhumite anka dilena acarya “aji nrtya darasane mora nahi karya ami se ajitendriya na yaiba tatha” srivasa pandita kahe,—“mora oi katha” (22-023)
English translation:
(22-023) Scratching a line on the ground, Advaita Ācārya was the first to speak, “I am unable to see the dance today. I am not in control of My senses, so I will not attend.”Śrīvāsa Paṇḍita said, “I was going to say the same thing.”
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
Drawing a line on the ground, Advaita Prabhu was the first to speak. “I am not able to watch such a dance. A person who is not in control of his senses is not qualified to see such a dance, and I am such a person.” Following His example, Śrīvāsa Paṇḍita expressed similar thoughts.
