Source: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationYātrākāla (यात्राकाल) refers to the “proper time of travel”, according to the Śivapurāṇa 2.4.18 (“Gaṇeśa crowned as the chief of Gaṇas”).—Accordingly, as Brahmā narrated to Nārada: “[...] Whoever hears this narrative auspiciously with pure mind shall have everything auspicious and be the abode of auspiciousness. [...] The sorrowing will be relieved of sorrow, undoubtedly. The house that contains this story shall certainly be auspicious. He who listens to this narrative at the time of travel (yātrākāla) or on holy occasions, with a pure mind shall get all desires, thanks to the grace of lord Gaṇeśa”
