Vidhyanta (विध्यन्त).—The end or the concluding portion of an injunctive text, all the other portion of the प्रयोगविधि (prayogavidhi) (pertaining to an act) except the प्रधान (pradhāna) or मुख्य विधि (mukhya vidhi) which is called विध्यादि (vidhyādi); विध्यन्तो वा प्रकृतिवत्° (vidhyanto vā prakṛtivat°) MS.7.4.1; सोमेन यजेत इति विध्यादिः । सौमिकमपि ब्राह्मणं विध्यन्तः (somena yajeta iti vidhyādiḥ | saumikamapi brāhmaṇaṃ vidhyantaḥ) ŚB. ibid.
