Varṣīyas (वर्षीयस्).—a. (from vṛṣ) Showering; तपःकृशा देवमीढा आसीद् वर्षीयसी मही (tapaḥkṛśā devamīḍhā āsīd varṣīyasī mahī) Bhāgavata 1.2.7.
