Source: academia.edu: A Prayer for Rebirth in the SukhāvatīSupariṇatalalāṭa (सुपरिणतललाट) refers to “well-formed forehead” and represents the seventy-first of the eighty minor marks of distinction (anuvyañjana) mentioned in the Sukhāvatī and following the order of the Mahāvyutpatti (269-348). In Tibetan, the characteristic called Supariṇatalalāṭa is known as ‘dpral ba legs par dbyes pa’. The Sukhāvatī represents a prayer for rebirth which was composed by Karma chags med, a Karma bka’ brgyud master, who lived in the seventeenth century.
