Source: academia.edu: A Study and Translation of the GaganagañjaparipṛcchāSarvatragatagagana (सर्वत्रगतगगन) refers to the “all-pervasive (characteristic of) open space”, according to the Gaganagañjaparipṛcchā: the eighth chapter of the Mahāsaṃnipāta (a collection of Mahāyāna Buddhist Sūtras).—Accordingly, “Son of good family, the morality of the Boddhisatvas becomes purified by these eight qualities. [...] Further, as for the purity of morality, [...] open space is all-pervasive (sarvatragatagagana—sarvatragataṃ gaganaṃ), so is the morality; open space is uncuttable and unbreakable, so is the morality; open space is united in the sameness, so is the morality; open space is essentially beyond impurity, so is the morality. Son of good family, the morality in which the Bodhisattvas are established becomes like open space in such a way. [...]”.
