Paṭavu (படவு) noun [Telugu: paḍava, K. paḍahu, M. paṭavu, Travancore usage paḍavu.] Small boat; சிற்றோடம். படவதேறி [sirrodam. padavatheri] (திருவாசகம் [thiruvasagam] 43, 3).
