Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramKramacakra (क्रमचक्र) refers to the “wheel of the transmission”, according to the Manthānabhairavatantra, a vast sprawling work that belongs to a corpus of Tantric texts concerned with the worship of the goddess Kubjikā.—Accordingly, “(Bali is offered) in the sacred seats, primary and secondary, in a sacred field, in a cremation ground, at a crossing of three or four roads, (under) a solitary tree, on the banks of a river, to a Siddha Liṅga, on roads, in the directions, in the Wheel of the Transmission [i.e., kramacakra], during an eclipse of the sun or moon, and on all important sacred days, particularly on those concerning the teacher”.
