Source: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): A Critical Edition and Annotated Translation by Jason BirchAṅgasandhi (अङ्गसन्धि) refers to the “joints of one’s body”, according to the Jayākhyasaṃhitā verse 33.19.—Accordingly, “[The Yogin] should make the joints of his body loose (srasta-aṅgasandhi), his chest broad and shoulders comfortable. Having made his arms relaxed, he should slightly tilt the head [down]”.
