The Garga-samhita Verse 8.13.119, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 8 of Chapter 13 (A Thousand Names of Lord Balarama) of Canto 8 (balabhadra-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

जगद्-बन्धुर् जगद्-भ्राता
जगन्-मित्रो जगत्-सखह्
ब्रह्मण्य-देवो ब्रह्मण्यो
ब्रह्म-पाद-रजो-दधत्

jagad-bandhur jagad-bhrātā
jagan-mitro jagat-sakhah
brahmaṇya-devo brahmaṇyo
brahma-pāda-rajo-dadhat

He is the friend of the universes (jagad-bandhu, jagan-mitra, and jagat-sakha), the creator of the universes (jagad-dhātā), and the Deity worshiped by the brāhmaṇas (brahmaṇya-deva and brahmaṇya). He respectfully touches the dust of the brāhmaṇas' feet (brahma-pāda-rajo-dadhat).
