The Garga-samhita Verse 2.23.9, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 23 (The Killing of Shankhacuda During the Rasa-dance Pastime) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

सभायाम् आस्थितं प्राह
कंसं नत्वा मदोद्धतः
गदा-युद्धं देहि मह्यं
त्रैलोक्य-विजयी भवान्

sabhāyām āsthitaṃ prāha
kaṃsaṃ natvā madoddhataḥ
gadā-yuddhaṃ dehi mahyaṃ
trailokya-vijayī bhavān

sabhāyām—in the assembly; āsthitam—situated; prāha—said; kaṃsam—to kaṃsa; natvā—bowing down; madoddhataḥ—filled with pride; gadāclub; yuddham—fight; dehiplease give; mahyam—to me; trailokya-vijayī—conqueror of the three worlds; bhavān—you.

English translation of verse 2.23.9:

Filled with pride, he bowed before Kaṃsa in the royal assmebly and said, "O conqueror of the three worlds, please give a club-duel to me."
