The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.682, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 682 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

প্রভু বলে,—“দ্বিজ, তুমি ভাগ্যবন্ত বড জন্ম জন্ম কৃষ্ণের সেবক তুমি দঢ ॥ ৬৮২ ॥
प्रभु बले,—“द्विज, तुमि भाग्यवन्त बड जन्म जन्म कृष्णेर सेवक तुमि दढ ॥ ६८२ ॥
prabhu bale,—“dvija, tumi bhāgyavanta baḍa janma janma kṛṣṇera sevaka tumi daḍha || 682 ||
prabhu bale,—“dvija, tumi bhagyavanta bada janma janma krsnera sevaka tumi dadha (682)
English translation:
(682) The Lord said, “O brāhmaṇa, you are most fortunate. You are certainly Kṛṣṇa’s servant birth after birth.
