The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.667, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 667 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

হেন সে পাপিষ্ঠ-চিত্ত আমা-সবাকার তবু নাহি বুঝিলাঙ মহিমা তোমার ॥ ৬৬৭ ॥

हेन से पापिष्ठ-चित्त आमा-सबाकार तबु नाहि बुझिलाङ महिमा तोमार ॥ ६६७ ॥

hena se pāpiṣṭha-citta āmā-sabākāra tabu nāhi bujhilāṅa mahimā tomāra || 667 ||

hena se papistha-citta ama-sabakara tabu nahi bujhilana mahima tomara (667)

English translation:

(667) “Yet our hearts were so sinful that we could not understand Your glories.
