The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.401, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 401 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.401:

অগ্নি-হেন ক্রোধে কাজী হৈলা বাহির গদাধর দাস দেখি’ মাত্র হৈলা স্থির ॥ ৪০১ ॥

अग्नि-हेन क्रोधे काजी हैला बाहिर गदाधर दास देखि’ मात्र हैला स्थिर ॥ ४०१ ॥

agni-hena krodhe kājī hailā bāhira gadādhara dāsa dekhi’ mātra hailā sthira || 401 ||

agni-hena krodhe kaji haila bahira gadadhara dasa dekhi’ matra haila sthira (401)

English translation:

(401) The Kazi was angry as fire as he came out of the room, but on seeing Gadādhara dāsa, he became pacified.
