The phrase sarva-guru is explained as follows: He is the spiritual master of all entities in the spiritual world and in the material world. He is Kṛṣṇa Himself, the orginal Personality of Godhead. The controllers of the material universe are involved with the three modes of material nature, but He is the Lord of Vaikuṇṭha.
