The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.4.399, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 399 of Antya-khanda chapter 4—“Descriptions of Shri Acyutananda’s Pastimes and the Worship of Shri Madhavendra”.

মাধবেন্দ্র-পুরীর দেহে শ্রী-গৌরসুন্দর সত্য সত্য সত্য বিহরযে নিরন্তর ॥ ৩৯৯ ॥

माधवेन्द्र-पुरीर देहे श्री-गौरसुन्दर सत्य सत्य सत्य विहरये निरन्तर ॥ ३९९ ॥

mādhavendra-purīra dehe śrī-gaurasundara satya satya satya viharaye nirantara || 399 ||

English translation:

(399) It is a certain fact that Śrī Gaurasundara constantly resided in the body of Śrīla Mādhavendra Purī.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

To preach the glories of the Supreme Lord in this world, Śrī Gaurasundara appeared within Śrīla Mādhavendra Purī and preached pure devotional service. Śrīla Mādhavendra Purī was always invested with the full potency of Supreme Lord. His incomparable service attitude is beyond the description of human language.
