The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.3.237, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 237 of Antya-khanda chapter 3—“Mahaprabhu’s Deliverance of Sarvabhauma, Exhibition of His Six-armed Form, and Journey to Bengal”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.3.237:

পুরী বলে,—“সেহ বড অভাগিযা কূপ জল হৈল যেন ঘোর কর্দমের রূপ” ॥ ২৩৭ ॥

पुरी बले,—“सेह बड अभागिया कूप जल हैल येन घोर कर्दमेर रूप” ॥ २३७ ॥

purī bale,—“seha baḍa abhāgiyā kūpa jala haila yena ghora kardamera rūpa” || 237 ||

puri bale,—“seha bada abhagiya kupa jala haila yena ghora kardamera rupa” (237)

English translation:

(237) Paramānanda Purī replied, “This well is very unfortunate, for its water is always completely muddy.”
