The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.20.140, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 140 of Madhya-khanda chapter 20—“The Glories of Murari Gupta”.

ইন্ থে নারদীয পুরাণ ইত্ ইস্ স্ততেদ্: প্রকটং পতিতঃশ্রেযান্ য একো যাত্য্ অধঃ স্বযম্ বক-বৃত্তিঃ স্বযং পাপঃ পাতযত্য্ অপরান্ অপি ॥ ১৪০ ॥
इन् थे नारदीय पुराण इत् इस् स्ततेद्: प्रकटं पतितःश्रेयान् य एको यात्य् अधः स्वयम् बक-वृत्तिः स्वयं पापः पातयत्य् अपरान् अपि ॥ १४० ॥
In the Nāradīya Purāṇa it is stated: prakaṭaṃ patitaḥśreyān ya eko yāty adhaḥ svayam baka-vṛttiḥ svayaṃ pāpaḥ pātayaty aparān api || 140 ||
In the Naradiya Purana it is stated: prakatam patitahsreyan ya eko yaty adhah svayam baka-vrttih svayam papah patayaty aparan api (140)
English translation:
(140) “A fallen person is superior to a sinful hypocrite because he goes to hell alone, whereas the hypocrite takes others to hell with him.
