The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.20.134, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 134 of Madhya-khanda chapter 20—“The Glories of Murari Gupta”.

সংহারে ও গৌরচন্দ্র ত্রিলোচন-রূপে আপনারে স্তুতি করে আপনার মুখে ॥ ১৩৪ ॥
संहारे ओ गौरचन्द्र त्रिलोचन-रूपे आपनारे स्तुति करे आपनार मुखे ॥ १३४ ॥
saṃhāre o gauracandra trilocana-rūpe āpanāre stuti kare āpanāra mukhe || 134 ||
samhare o gauracandra trilocana-rupe apanare stuti kare apanara mukhe (134)
English translation:
(134) In the form of the three-eyed Śiva, Gauracandra annihilates. He personally offers prayers to Himself.
