The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.19.72, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 72 of Madhya-khanda chapter 19—“The Lord’s Pastimes in Advaita’s House”.

হাসযে সন্ন্যাসীশুনি’ প্রভুর বচন “এ বুঝি পাগল দ্বিজ—মন্ত্রের কারণ ॥ ৭২ ॥

हासये सन्न्यासीशुनि’ प्रभुर वचन “ए बुझि पागल द्विज—मन्त्रेर कारण ॥ ७२ ॥

hāsaye sannyāsīśuni’ prabhura vacana “e bujhi pāgala dvija—mantrera kāraṇa || 72 ||

hasaye sannyasisuni’ prabhura vacana “e bujhi pagala dvija—mantrera karana (72)

English translation:

(72) On hearing the Lord’s words, the sannyāsī smiled and thought, “I can understand that this brāhmaṇa has become crazy because of misguidance.
