The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.13.329, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 329 of Madhya-khanda chapter 13—“The Deliverance of Jagai and Madhai”.

সর্ব-গণ-সহিত ঠাকুর বিশ্বম্ভর পডিলা জাহ্নবী-জলে বন-মালা-ধর ॥ ৩২৯ ॥
सर्व-गण-सहित ठाकुर विश्वम्भर पडिला जाह्नवी-जले वन-माला-धर ॥ ३२९ ॥
sarva-gaṇa-sahita ṭhākura viśvambhara paḍilā jāhnavī-jale vana-mālā-dhara || 329 ||
sarva-gana-sahita thakura visvambhara padila jahnavi-jale vana-mala-dhara (329)
English translation:
(329) Accompanied by His associates and wearing a garland of forest flowers, Lord Viśvambhara entered the waters of the Ganges.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The phrase vana-mālā-dhara refers to Śrī Kṛṣṇa or Śrīman Mahāprabhu.
