The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.10.41, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 41 of Madhya-khanda chapter 10—“Conclusion of the Lord’s Maha-prakasha Pastimes”.

আপনে মারণ খাও, তাহা নাহি দেখ তখন ও তা-সবারে ভাল মনে দেখ ॥ ৪১ ॥
आपने मारण खाओ, ताहा नाहि देख तखन ओ ता-सबारे भाल मने देख ॥ ४१ ॥
āpane māraṇa khāo, tāhā nāhi dekha takhana o tā-sabāre bhāla mane dekha || 41 ||
apane marana khao, taha nahi dekha takhana o ta-sabare bhala mane dekha (41)
English translation:
(41) “You ignored how severely you were beaten and desired their well- being.
