The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.315, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 315 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.315:

কি বলিতে পারি আমা সবার শকতি” আপ্ত-গণে নিবারিল,—“না করিহ স্তুতি” ॥ ৩১৫ ॥

कि बलिते पारि आमा सबार शकति” आप्त-गणे निवारिल,—“ना करिह स्तुति” ॥ ३१५ ॥

ki balite pāri āmā sabāra śakati” āpta-gaṇe nivārila,—“nā kariha stuti” || 315 ||

ki balite pari ama sabara sakati” apta-gane nivarila,—“na kariha stuti” (315)

English translation:

(315) “What power do we have to explain Your activities?” The Lord’s intimate associates intervened, “Don’t indulge in praising Him.”
