The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.167, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 167 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.9.167:

নযনে দেখিনু মাধবেন্দ্রের চরণ এ প্রেম দেখিযা ধন্য হৈল জীবন” ॥ ১৬৭ ॥

नयने देखिनु माधवेन्द्रेर चरण ए प्रेम देखिया धन्य हैल जीवन” ॥ १६७ ॥

nayane dekhinu mādhavendrera caraṇa e prema dekhiyā dhanya haila jīvana” || 167 ||

nayane dekhinu madhavendrera carana e prema dekhiya dhanya haila jivana” (167)

English translation:

(167) “Today I have seen the lotus feet of Mādhavendra Purī. By seeing his ecstatic love of God, My life has become successful.”
