The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.153, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 153 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.9.153:

নিরন্তর কৃষ্ণাবেশে শরীর অবশ ক্ষণে কান্দে, ক্ষণে হাসে, কে বুঝে সে রস ॥ ১৫৩ ॥

निरन्तर कृष्णावेशे शरीर अवश क्षणे कान्दे, क्षणे हासे, के बुझे से रस ॥ १५३ ॥

nirantara kṛṣṇāveśe śarīra avaśa kṣaṇe kānde, kṣaṇe hāse, ke bujhe se rasa || 153 ||

nirantara krsnavese sarira avasa ksane kande, ksane hase, ke bujhe se rasa (153)

English translation:

(153) The Lord had no control of His body due to His ecstatic love for Kṛṣṇa. Sometimes He cried, and sometimes He laughed—who can understand His ecstatic moods?
