The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.8.140, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 140 of Adi-khanda chapter 8—“The Disappearance of Jagannatha Mishra”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.8.140:

ঘর-দ্বার ভাঙ্গি’ শেষে বৃক্ষেরে দেখিযা তাহার উপরে ঠেঙ্গা পাডে দোহাতিযা ॥ ১৪০ ॥

घर-द्वार भाङ्गि’ शेषे वृक्षेरे देखिया ताहार उपरे ठेङ्गा पाडे दोहातिया ॥ १४० ॥

ghara-dvāra bhāṅgi’ śeṣe vṛkṣere dekhiyā tāhāra upare ṭheṅgā pāḍe dohātiyā || 140 ||

ghara-dvara bhangi’ sese vrksere dekhiya tahara upare thenga pade dohatiya (140)

English translation:

(140) Then, after the smashing the doors and house, He began hitting a tree with His stick.
