Vimānapratiṣṭhā (विमानप्रतिष्ठा) or Vimānapratiṣṭhāvidhi [=vimānapratiṣṭhāvidhiḥ] is the name of chapter 59 of the Kriyāpāda of the Ajitāgama, an important Śaiva Siddhānta treatises dealing with detailed descriptions of the architecture of Śiva temples.
