Vikkhepika, (adj.) (fr. vikkhepa), in phrase amarā°: see under amarā; another suggestion as to explanation may be: khipa=eel-basket, thus vikhep-ika one who upsets the eel-basket, i.e. causes confusion. (Page 614)
