Source: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationSukhāspada (सुखास्पद) refers to “great delight” [?], according to the Śivapurāṇa 2.3.37 (“The letter of betrothal is dispatched”).—Accordingly, as Brahmā narrated to Nārada: “[...] On seeing those people who had been highly honoured by lord Śiva and who had returned excessively delighted, the mountain rejoiced much. Then he extended his invitation highly pleasing to his kinsmen stationed in different places with great delight (sukhāspada—nikhilānāṃ sukhāspadam). Then he began collecting foodstuffs and other requisite articles intended for the performance of the marriage. [...]”.
