bāndhīla-tēṃ-tōraṇa (बांधील-तें-तोरण).—In this maxim the words kāraṇa and tōraṇa are said to be standing for rājakāraṇa and dhōraṇa. It means one whose doings do not conform to any one plan or prin- ciple but whom nevertheless it is im- possible to correct. A self-willed person.
