Source: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): A Critical Edition and Annotated Translation by Jason BirchBandhavināśana (बन्धविनाशन) refers to “that which destroys the bonds (of birth)”, according to the Amanaska Yoga treatise dealing with meditation, absorption, yogic powers and liberation.—Accordingly, as Īśvara says to Vāmadeva: “[...] Now, I will teach knowledge for the liberation of those people who have conquered their passion. [...] [I have] explained the highest reality which destroys the bonds of birth (janma-bandhavināśana). [Now], I will teach the practice of that, which produces absorption. [...]”.
