The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.138, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 138 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.138:

যে দিকে চৈতন্য মহাপ্রভু চলি’ যায সেই দিকে সর্ব-লোক ‘হরি হরি’ গায ॥ ১৩৮ ॥

ये दिके चैतन्य महाप्रभु चलि’ याय सेइ दिके सर्व-लोक ‘हरि हरि’ गाय ॥ १३८ ॥

ye dike caitanya mahāprabhu cali’ yāya sei dike sarva-loka ‘hari hari’ gāya || 138 ||

ye dike caitanya mahaprabhu cali’ yaya sei dike sarva-loka ‘hari hari’ gaya (138)

English translation:

(138) On whatever path Caitanya Mahāprabhu traveled, everyone would begin to chant the name of Hari.
